How the AI makes decisions
What the AI is told about your hand, what it answers with, and what each answer costs.
When you ask about a spot, Copilot does not send a screenshot or a chat message. It sends the facts of the hand, already read off the table, and our server turns them into a fixed brief for the model. The AI is Google’s Gemini 2.5 Flash, called from our server.
- Table (in your browser): Cards, board, pot, seats
- Stats (in your browser): VPIP, PFR, 3-bet, AF
- Brief (on our server): Omaha adds read + equity
- AI (on our server): Gemini, server (1 credit per answer)
- Action + reason (in your browser): e.g. Raise to 9bb, and why
From the table to an answer: what runs in your browser and what runs on our server.
What it sees
- The game. Hold’em or Omaha, with Omaha’s rules spelled out: two hole cards and three board cards, pot-limit sizing, and the split pot in Hi/Lo.
- Your hand. Your hole cards, the board and the street.
- The money. The pot and blinds, your stack and those of the players still in, in big blinds, and each action button on screen with its amount, so it knows the price to call. That is enough to work out pot odds and stack-to-pot ratio.
- The seats. Your position, whether you are in or out of position, who is still in and their positions, and the biggest bet in front of you.
- The players. For each opponent still in: hands seen, VPIP, PFR, 3-bet, AF, fold to c-bet and pattern tags. With fewer than 3 hands, it is told the data is too thin.
- Omaha facts. In Omaha it also gets Copilot’s exact hand read and the equity against random hands, marked as a baseline, so it works from counted facts instead of reading the cards itself.
What it answers
- ActionOne play, picked from the buttons on screen, with a size as a share of the pot
- WhyA short reason grounded in the stats and, in Omaha, the hand read
- RangeThe hand types the last bettor is likely to hold
- ConfidenceLow, medium or high, given how many hands the stats rest on
Copilot rings the suggested button on the table so you can see it. It never clicks it: the decision is yours.
Quick player reads
The target button on a seat badge asks the AI about that one player instead: their biggest leak, the line to use against them now, the spots to pick, and a mistake to avoid.
Auto-analysis
On Pro and Super, AUTO asks the AI for you on your turn, but only when you face a bet or raise. A spot where you can check for free never triggers it, and it stays off while away mode is on.
What it costs
- 1credit per answer, whether you clicked or AUTO asked
- 0credits if the AI fails before it starts answering: the credit comes back
- 10calls a minute at most, per account
