Terms

The rules for using Copilot, in plain words.

Draft — to be reviewed. This is a first draft. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and may change before launch.

The service

PokerNow Copilot is a Chrome extension and this website. The extension shows stats, equity and AI suggestions beside your PokerNow table; the website runs your account, plan and AI credits. Copilot is not affiliated with PokerNow. By installing the extension or creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your account

Fair play and your game's rules

Each PokerNow game is run by its host, and some hosts do not allow assistance tools. You are responsible for following PokerNow's terms and the rules of every game you play, and for any consequences of using Copilot where it is not allowed. Copilot suggests; you make every decision.

No promise of results

Poker involves chance. Equity figures are estimates, stats rest on limited samples, and AI answers can be wrong. Copilot does not promise any result, and nothing it shows is financial advice. Play only with money you can afford to lose.

Fair use

Please don't:

We may suspend or close accounts that do, and stop serving AI answers to them.

Changes and availability

Copilot is provided as it is and as available. We may change, add or remove features. Features marked coming soon are plans, not commitments to a date. If PokerNow changes its site, parts of Copilot may stop working until we update it.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using Copilot, including money lost at the table, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update this page and, for important changes, tell account holders by email.
